In terms of the mechanics, Ancient Cities for PC is similar to popular RTS games and simulators which require the player to manage a city. Whether they will survive or not, and what mark do they leave in this world, depends only on the prudence of their leader.
As the leader of a tribe, they have to provide shelter for their subjects, sufficient amounts of foods, as well as protection against predators. These are the realities the player is thrown into the midst of at the beginning of their adventure.
